Internet Dating, can it really work?

I am one of those people that have been unlucky when it comes to internet dating. In fact,
virtually all the girls I had met on the internet broke my heart. While some claimed to have been in a relationship, others put non-nonchalant attitude and before I knew it, I never heard anything from them again. Most of these girls never took me serious and they were not committed as I did. Initially, I felt jilted and depressed, but I later realized that they are not the type I want.

Likewise, many people had experienced this kind of unfortunate incidence and ended up bitting their fingers. While some people's emotion had been tampered with, other people's properties were dubiously taken away from them. I think internet dating is not the best because most people on the internet are not sincere. They give fake identity and claim what they are not in order to get the attention of their victims. Believe it or not, it is very easy to cook up a lie on the internet without the other person's suspicious. Besides, most guys and ladies on the internet are not reliable. They may claim to love you today and later deny you tomorrow. May be they are only using you for a particular purpose and when the purpose is accomplished, they jilt you and follow where their heart belongs.

Although, I'm not totally condemning internet love because it is working for some people but all the same, I think one should be extra-careful if one finds oneself in this kind of situation.
First, don't be blinded by love and second, don't hesitate to walk away if you discover any form of insincerity on the part of your partner. Remember, it's better not to be in a relationship at all than being in a relationship where you won't have peace of mind.
