The five ways for you to stay healthy. One way is to eat the right food. Another way is to exercise. Still other ways are not drinking in moderation or not at all, and mastering your emotions.

Staying healthy demands that you eat the right food.I mean that you should eat lots of vegetables, fruit, fish, turkey, and chicken. Don’t eat much of red meat and eat less junks food such as fats, salts, and sugar. One thing more: To insure that you are taking your daily requirement of nutrition, you also need to have a health coverage food e.g a multi-vitamin everyday.

It requires that you exercise regularly this can be every day which is preferable. How often you do it is completely up to you. The exercise can be either walking, running, swimming, or dancing. It's your choice. It can be for just 10 to 25minutes a day.

I myself, for example, do 20 press-up (i.e. muscle building) exercise -- nearly every morning. In addition, instead of taking bike popularly know as (Okada) to office, I walk about 25 minutes to my office,anyway it is not that far. It reduces your oxygen capacity. Drinking leads to lung disease and heart disease. It threatens your very life support system. It could also be a detriment due to its unpleasant smell.

Staying healthy requires that you drink in moderation or not at all. Over drinking leads to poor health. It leads to addiction, alcoholism, and liver disease. It destroys your health and your life as well. Thus, if you are to maintain your health, you must not over-consume alcohol. You need to discipline yourself occasionally. You should also limit your liquor or beer intake to a minimum level. In conclusion, learn how to control your emotions because in life we all faced stressful situations and difficult people we have to know how we respond to them. We should not allow all these to stress us out, deplete our energy, get us bent out of shape, or destroy our health? Don’t allow negative emotions such as anger, hatred, sadness, or depression take over your life. By controlling your emotions, you are building up your immune system
Staying healthy demands the following simple steps: eat right, exercise, not smoke, drink in moderation or not at all, and control your emotions.
