Its good to hear that you urinate a lot...drink a lot of young coconut water also.If you really want to lose weight do this simple tips. 1 heavy neal in breakfast time 1/2 cup rice only with lots of meat or fish. nothin in lunch except fruits(any kind of fruits) eat before 6pm for your dinner.Do a lot of exercise.
