Noising as a pollution in Lagos-state.

Don't we all free treating when you living in a neighbourhood where you experices a greater hectic noises days and night,such as Musicic-sellers,shops,Mosques and unregitered advertisement agencies shuting with their loudspeakers on the street of lagos to disturb our freedom?

Here in Europeans countries,any person who violate these laws,could end-up paying fine or go to prision.

What is the methodology for NIGERIA to be great in the world?.
